This Privacy Policy explains how ClipCaster ("ClipCaster", "we", "us"), an autonomous short-video clipping and publishing tool operated by Veloxisit, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you connect your social accounts — including TikTok — and use our service.
ClipCaster discovers long-form videos, automatically generates short vertical clips, and — only with your explicit authorization — publishes those clips to your own connected accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) via each platform's official API.

We use the information accessed through the TikTok API solely to provide the service you requested: to identify your authorized account and to upload and publish the content you select to your own TikTok profile. We do not use TikTok data for advertising profiling, and we do not sell it.
We process data based on your consent (granted during OAuth authorization) and the performance of our contract with you. Where applicable, we comply with the LGPD (Brazil, Law 13.709/2018) and the GDPR.
We share data only with the platforms you connect (e.g., TikTok, to publish your content) and with infrastructure operators strictly necessary to run the service (hosting, CDN/DNS). We never sell personal data. Use of TikTok data complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
We retain authorization tokens and account data only while your account is connected. You can disconnect TikTok at any time, which revokes our access and triggers deletion of the associated tokens. To request deletion of all your data, contact us at the address below; we respond within legally required timeframes. You may also revoke ClipCaster's access directly in your TikTok settings.
We apply technical and organizational measures including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for tokens (AES-256-GCM), least-privilege access, network segmentation, and continuous monitoring.
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to processing of your personal data by contacting us.
